When talking to lift companies, technicians and building owners, we have noticed the same sorts of questions come up time and time again. Hopefully the below will be helpful.

  • We work closely with trusted courier companies to try and ensure prompt and reliable delivery. We carry plenty of stock for standard orders, so as long as your order is received and can be packed by 4pm Monday to Friday, it will be on its way to you the same day.

    If your order requires programming, bespoke metal work or needs to be shipped by special delivery from our suppliers, we will need longer, however we will always provide realistic timeframes and let you know if anything changes!

  • We pride ourselves on our technical expertise and problem solving abilities. Talk to us and let's work out what you need together.

  • We are only a phone call or email away if you have any questions. If based locally, let us know and we may be able to assist onsite.

  • We are happy to do this for you, or talk you through it if you prefer!

  • We provide tons of components which can be used in any lift including displays, door detectors, pushbuttons, emergency telephones and lighting.

  • We can help! Our team has a huge amount of technical expertise and knowledge, plus amazing industry contacts.

  • Any local lift technician or installer can easily use and install our products. We can also make recommendations if required!

  • We have handpicked our suppliers based on the quality of their products, compliance with NZ building codes and reliability to deliver what is needed, when needed.

  • Yes absolutely. All our products are NZ code compliant, high quality parts that any lift tech can install.

  • We can provide all the displays, door detectors, pushbuttons, emergency telephones and lighting needed to modernise your lift. If you are after a bespoke product or solution, we can work with you to solve it!

  • Absolutely! We have a range of components to make lifts more accessible and usable for people with a disability. From braille pushbuttons, voice annunciation units, large displays through to colour coded door detectors, we provide everything you need to ensure your lift is safe and usable for everyone.
